When will my rewards arrive?

Once you sign up, Alliant Energy® Smart Hours will verify your eligibility for the program and contact you if we have any questions. You’ll receive an email when your enrollment is complete. In the next one to two weeks, we’ll send your virtual Prepaid Mastercard to the email you provide on your enrollment application.

Note: There is a limit of one enrollment incentive per household per device type.
