My battery system enrollment is taking a while. What can I do?
Uplight processes enrollments for Alliant Energy® Smart Hours battery program weekly, but the occasional enrollment can slip through the cracks. If your enrollment has been pending for longer than a week, please contact us at support@alliantenergysmarthours.com.
