How warm or cool will my house get during a Smart Hours event?

We adjust your thermostat during a Smart Hours event based on your thermostat's programmed settings. Your home should never become more than a few degrees warmer or cooler than normal. If you become uncomfortable, you can adjust your thermostat temperature anytime during a Smart Hours event. This will, however, stop your participation in that day's event. If you choose to opt out of more than three events during a qualified season, you won't receive the extra $25 bonus reward for participating in Smart Hours.
